LISA GILL, J. (Oral) Reply on behalf of respondents No. 3 and 4 filed in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Prayer in this petition is for directing respondents No. 2 to 4 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 176 dated 31.08.2016 registered under Sections 376/420 IPC at Police Station Sector 36, Chandigarh and to submit a final report in this regard. Learned counsel for U.T. Chandigarh submits that a cancellation report in this case was initially prepared. However, on a request by the petitioner the matter was yet again inquired into by the Rupinder Kaur 2017.12.02 11:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Deputy Superintendent of Police, Women and Child Support Unit,
