The present appeal pertains to the year 1993. Vide order dated 11.01.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1 is stated to have died. Appellant Nos.2(i) to 2(iv) stand duly served. Mr. Manuj Chadha, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents. Neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the appellant No.2(i) to 2(iv) despite service, nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of legal representatives of the appellant No.1.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
