(ORAL) The petitioner, in the instant petition, under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has sought quashing of FIR No.128 dated 01.9.2015 registered under sections 452/323/324/326/148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Harike District Tarn Taran on the basis of compromise dated 12.4.2017 (Annexure P-2) entered into between the parties. In compliance of order dated 27.4.2017 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, report from the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patti vide forwarding letter no.804 dated 01.6.2017, has been received. According to the report submitted by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patti, compromise arrived at between the parties seems to be genuine and without any influence.

CRM-M-14407-2017 (O&M) 2 In view of the above report and compromise dated 12.4.2017 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties, the instant petition is allowed. Consequently, FIR No.128 dated 01.9.2015 registered under sections 452/323/324/326/148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Harike District Tarn Taran is quashed qua the petitioners only along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
