(ORAL) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of impugned order dated 31.01.2023 (Annexure P7) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in case bearing No.SC-3- 2020 titled as "State Vs. Pawan Kumar" in FIR No.146 dated 09.09.2018 (Annexure P1) registered under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC (Section 376 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 POCSO Act added later on) at Police Station City-1 Abohar, District Fazilka.

At the outset, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
