Labour Inspector appeared before us on October 21, 2016 stated that the factory has since been closed and therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Ms. Abha Rathore, Counsel for the petitioners could not vary this fact.

In view of the above, the writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the petitioners to get it revived, if need be.
