This order shall dispose of above titled two petitions under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 604 dated 18.07.2017 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Jhajjar, District Jhajjar. 2.

According to the prosecution, petitioners, namely; Jai Bhagwan (in CRM-M-15278-2018) and Bijender (in CRM-M-18758-2018), Rishu Kataria 2018.07.30 19:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document fraudulently obtained loan of ` 13,77,000/- and ` 15,16,000/-, respectively,

CRM-M-15278-2018 -2from complainant-Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank, Branch Dhakla, District Jhajjar, producing forged and fictitious documents. In this way, both the petitioners have cheated the complainant-Bank. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contend that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed. Both the petitioners are in custody since 05.10.2017. Conclusion of trial may take a long time. No useful purpose would be served by detaining the petitioners in jail. 4.

On the other hand, learned State counsel vehemently opposed the prayer made in the petitions.

Considering overall facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on the merits and also that conclusion of the trial may take time, both the above petitions are allowed. Petitioners-Jai Bhagwan (in CRM-M-15278-2018) and Bijender (in CRM-M-18758-2018), are ordered to be released on bail pending trial, subject to their furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned.
