**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 303 dated 10.11.2014 registered at Police Station City Kapurthala under Sections 354, 506, 509 IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Heard.

An application for anticipatory bail was moved by the petitioner. The Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala vide order dated 2.3.2016 had directed the accused to appear before the trial Court and move an application and it was further directed that the bail application was to be decided on the same day and arrest meanwhile was stayed. The petitioner failed to appear and the application was dismissed. The petitioner filed another application seeking anticipatory bail which has been dismissed on 28.3.2016.

In view of the conduct of the petitioner, he is not entitled to any relief. The petitioner would surrender before the trial Court on 7.6.2016 and GURPREET SINGH 2016.06.03 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
