(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petitioner, with liberty to take recourse of appropriate remedy as may be available to the petitioner, under Sections 193(3) or 391 Cr.P.C., in accordance with law.
