(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of petitiones at the hands of respondents no. 4 and 8. Further prayer is made for issuance of direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 not to register any criminal case against petitioners arising out of their marriage on the complaint, if any, made by respondents no. 4 to 6.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Chaman Singh submits that statements of both the petitioners have been recorded that now they do not have any threat perception.
Learned counsel for respondents no. 4 and 5 submits that petitioner no. 2 is already married and there is no divorce decree for which they can avail of appropriate remedy. It is further submitted that petitioners are residing in Delhi and respondents no. 4 and 5 have not extended any threat to them. In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. August 04, 2015 ( R.P.
