(Oral) The grievance of petitioner is that the police is not taking any action against accused/private respondent No. 4 to 8 for misappropriating dowry articles as well as practicing cruelty upon person of petitioner and throwing her out of matrimonial house and advancing beatings to her on account of illegitimate demand of dowry. In this regard, petitioner has also given a representation dated 15.04.2017 (P-4), which is pending with the police.
