*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned Senior counsel for the appellant, out of professional courtesy puts in appearance as he was engaged in the matter prior to his accepting the designation of senior.

When matter was taken up for hearing on 12.01.2023, Registry was asked to issue fresh notice to the appellant as well as to the respondent. Needful has been done. As per office report, appellant is unserved due to incomplete address and respondents No.1 and 2 have been served. Despite taking fresh steps, none appears on behalf of the appellant. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since appeal has been pending for the past almost 30 years, parties to the lis have lost interest as none appears for either side.
