(ORAL) Petition herein, under Article 227 of Constitution of India is for setting aside impugned order dated 12.01.2021 passed by learned Rent Controller, Patiala whereby, application dated 12.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) filed by petitioner-respondent to adjourn the rent petition titled "Jaswinder Kaur Grewal versus Gursharan Singh", sine die till the decision of suit dated 25.10.2022 titled "Sarabjit Singh and others versus Darshan Singh and others", was rejected. In view of order of even date passed in connected revision petition bearing CR-8477-2014 titled Jaswinder Kaur Grewal versus Gursharan Singh and others, this revision petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of, accordingly.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 04.02.2021 (Annexure P-13) passed by learned District Judge, Patiala whereby interpleader suit titled "Gursharan Singh versus Jaswinder Kaur" was withdrawn from Court of learned Civil Judge MAHAVIR SINGH 2023.02.10 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/ judgment   

   

 (Junior Division), Patiala and Civil Suit titled "Sarabjit Singh versus Darshan Singh" was withdrawn from Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Patiala and were transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala, be also set aside since main revision petition has been rendered infructuous as above. In the premise, order dated 04.02.2021 (Annexure P-13) is set aside as all the cases have already been directed to be tried together vide order of even date passed in aforesaidCR-8477-2014.
