RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation to respondent No.3 in case FIR No.0086, dated 12.10.2020, under Section 354-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station, District Panchkula.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that cancellation has already been filed in the Court concerned.
