Para 6 thereof reads as under :

"6.

That during the occurrence, both the parties have suffered simple blunt injuries on their person, however, respondent no. 6 to 8 were not found to have trespassed, into the house of petitioner. Even the Medical Officer, Civil Hospital Samrala has opined that the injuries on the person of present petition, her father Bhajan Singh and respondent no.7, Balbir Singh are simple blunt in nature. As such no cognizable offence was made out in the present matter. However, considering tht there can occur further dispute amongst the parties, preventive action under Section 107/150 Cr.P.C. was taken against them on 26.10.2023 and DDR No.017 dated 26.10.2023 was recorded to that effect at Police Station Machhiwara. True translated copy of DDR No. 17 dated 26.10.2023 is being annexed herewith as Annexure R-3/T for the kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court."
