The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 03.12.1991 passed by the trial Court, whereby the suit filed by plaintiff-appellants has been dismissed and against the order dated 15.06.1992 passed by the Lower Appellate Court, whereby the appeal filed by the defendant-respondents has been allowed. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that he has no instructions in the matter.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that respondent Nos.1 & 2 have died and respondent No.4 is a proforma respondent. 4.

This Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Ordered accordingly.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order, in case need arises.
