(ORAL) Present third petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.161, dated 01.06.2022, under Sections 302, 307, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 379-B, 201 and 120-B of IPC, 1860 added later on) registered at Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not want to press the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
