This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India impugning order dated 29.11.2019, Annexure P-1. Plea of the petitioner for release on parole has, however, been rejected vide order Annexure P-1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is covered by the judgment in 'Gurdeep Singh Versus State of Haryana and others (CRWP-1374 of 2017 decided on 07.12.2017).
