The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of impugned order dated 02.01.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner has already been decided vide judgment dated 21.11.2019. 3.
