(Oral) The plaintiff-respondents in the present case had filed a suit against their father for permanent injunction seeking an injunction from alienating the suit land or creating any charge over it. The Trial Court had decreed the suit. The appeal preferred by the defendant-appellant was also dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal has been preferred by Ashraf the defendant-appellant.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff-respondents states that Ashraf, the defendant-appellant, has since died and hence the sons (plaintiff-respondents herein) would inherit the property. Therefore, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. None has put in appearance on behalf of the defendantappellant.
