In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is with regard to non grant of technical pay scale from the back date.

Vide order dated 23.07.1999 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the present writ petition was admitted. .3.

Learned State counsel submits that keeping in view The Haryana (Abolition of Distinction of Pay Scale Between Technical and Non-Technical Posts) Act, 2014, no grievance can be raised by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP No. 18887 of 2016 titled as 'Gaze Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others', decided on 27.03.2017 wherein keeping in view the promulgation of 2014 Act, the relief was denied to the petitioners-Gaze Singh and others, hence the present petition be also dismissed in the same terms and conditions. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to dispute the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents herein above.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition stand dismissed in the same terms and conditions passed in Gaze Singh' s case (Supra). 6.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
