This appeal has been listed after a period of 31 years. As per the office report, the learned counsel representing the appellant is reported to have died. Hence, the office was directed to issue notice to the appellant. The office has reported that the appellant has been informed through the Dispatch Clerk, working in the Punjab Roadways. 2.

From the perusal of the file, it is evident that the appellant, while filing the appeal, has not disclosed his complete address. With the passage of time, he would have retired from the post. No other address of the appellant is available.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
