Petitioners - Gurcharanjit Singh and Karamjit Kaur, have filed instant petition for quashing of FIR No.89, dated 21.10.2023, under Secitons 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Punjab Agriculture University (PAU), Ludhiana (Annexure P-1), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, including final investigation report dated 14.09.2024 (Annexure P-11).

A petition bearing No. CRM-M-44154-2024 was withdrawn and disposed of on 04.02.2025 (Annexure P-12), by observing as under:- "
The petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.89, dated 21.10.2023, under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh one on same cause by challenging the final investigation report.

Permitted to do so.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty prayed for."

Today again, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
However, counsel could not point out any defect in the petition, requiring any improvement/amendment/change.

Since, already such permission is there in the order dated 04.02.2025, no fresh permission is required.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
