Brar, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of all other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available for redressal of her grievance including filing of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Illaqa Magistrate. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Since, it has been represented that the petitioner is not possessed of sufficient means, therefore, in case the petitioner approaches Secretary District Legal Services Authority concerned, then needful shall be done for providing free legal assistance to the petitioner. Since, it has also been represented that the petitioner apprehends threat to her life and liberty, it shall be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application to Senior Superintendent of Police PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.02.
