ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for appellants submits that per his instructions, during the pendency of appeal, parties have arrived at some compromise but he is not very clear about the nature of compromise and terms and conditions thereof as his endevaours to get a copy of compromise deed from his client has not been met with any response. Be that as it may, on his aforesaid statement, instant appeal is disposed of as nothing survives for adjudication in view of compromise, since none appears for respondents.
