*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Second appeal herein is by the defendant in the suit assailing the judgment of reversal. The trial Court dismissed the suit for recovery of Rs.32,000/- However, lower appellate Court set aside the judgment and decree of the trial Court, and partly accepted the appeal and decree was passed for recovery of Rs.27,200/- with proportionate costs of the suit throughout in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant-respondent together with interest @ 6% per annum on the sum of Rs.20,000/- from the date of suit to the date of actual realization. The appellant-defendant is thus in regular second appeal before this Court.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the parties. Dismissed in default.
