(Oral) This is an petition for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to accused Ish Makkar arrayed as respondent no.2 in this petition, in case FIR No. 217 dated 1.12.2019 for offences under Sections 420/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station division No.3, Ludhiana, by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.

In terms of Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. a High Court or Court of Session may direct that any person who has been released on bail under Chapter XXXIII of Cr.P.C., be arrested and commit him to custody.
