(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to conduct fair investigation by independent agency or an officer not below the rank of DSP against respondent No.6 in case FIR No.0209 dated 02.05.2018 registered under Section 409 IPC at Police Station Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, is directed to look into representation (Annexure P9) moved by the petitioner.
