Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is presently living in Australia. Due to his live-in-relationship with a girl belonging to Punjab, his family members are annoyed with him. They called him to India and thrashed him. They have also retained his passport and other documents with them. Now, he is having threat to his life and liberty from his mother, grand-mother, sister and brother-in-law, who are respondents No.4 to 7. It is further submitted that respondent No.5, sister of petitioner is in police and is giving threat to him.
