The present petition has been filed under Section 340 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for holding an inquiry and to make a complaint to the concerned Magistrate against the respondent for committing offence under Sections 193, 196, 199 and 200 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and for filling false affidavit on oath in CRM-M-25256 of 2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter has been amicably compromised before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 11.03.2024, he wants to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
