NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) The case has been called thrice since morning, but no one has put in appearance for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Harmeet Chand of Police Station, Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur, submits that the present is a cross-case, bearing Rapat No. 26, dated 7.9.2013, for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324 and 452 read with Section 149, IPC, which PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.10.13 11:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-14488-2014 (O&M) has arisen out of FIR No. 72, dated 7.9.2013, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 148, 307, 323, 324, 341 and 506 read with Section 149, IPC, registered at Police Station, Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur. He further submits that after thorough investigation, the investigating agency in principle has decided to file the cancellation report in the present case. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners, if so advised, may take all the pleas before learned Trial Court.
