On 14.03.2023, notice of the appeal was issued to the parties. As per office report, appellant Nos.1 to 3 are stated to have got married and are residing with their in-laws. There is no other address available with the Court except for the one given in the memo of parties. None has come forward on behalf of the appellants.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for nonprosecution.
