(ORAL) The petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by non-issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the respondent-authorities for providing admission to the General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) School established by them.

Admittedly, the petitioners' representation dated 11.03.2022 (Annexure P-27) is pending before the respondent-authorities. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that no notices were issued in the writ petition. However, the petitioners' representation shall be considered and decided by the respondentauthorities within three days from today and the order passed in this regard shall be communicated to them accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter decide the same in accordance with law.
