(ORAL) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order framing charge, at the first instance before the Revisional Court.
The instant petition is disposed of, with the liberty aforesaid. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to file application for condonation of delay in filing the revision, which shall be considered sympathetically by the Revisional Court.
