(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 181 dated 23.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC at Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioners. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
