ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) Plaintiff/appellants are in second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 23.09.1992 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Kapurthala, whereby appeal filed by defendants against the judgment and decree dated 05.08.1991 passed by Additional Senior Sub Judge, Kapurthala, was modified and suit filed by plaintiff/appellants was decreed for recovery of Rs.1,56,600/- along with costs. 2.

Matter was taken up for hearing on 11.01.2023, when Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsels for parties. Office report reveals that both learned counsels were informed. Today, no one has caused appearance, despite service.
