Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to register FIR against respondents No.3 and 4 under relevant offences. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.2 to decide the representation, dated 20.01.2025, expeditiously in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alliterative remedy as available to him under the law.
