The present appeal is filed against concurrent findings of fact recorded by the Courts below in a suit filed by the plaintiffs-appellants for possession by pre-emption.

As per office report, appellant No.1 has died and appellant Nos.2 and 3 has been served. However, there is no representation on their behalf and respondent Nos. 1 and 3 have also died.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellants at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
