RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. For quashing of FIR No.255, dated 17.09.2019, under Sections 376(1), 34 IPC and Section 376-D IPC added later on, registered at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad, Annexure P-1, alongwith all subsequent proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted in this case and hence the same may be dismissed as such.

Allowed as prayed for.
