ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last four dates of hearing. Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to arrest respondents No.4 and 5, who are declared proclaimed offender in FIR No.161 dated 22.11.2015 registered under Sections 201, 302, 392 IPC at Police Station Dandh, District Kaithal.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, A.E.C., Kaithal is on record and as per the reply, respondents No.4 and 5 were never declared as proclaimed offenders and rather they were found innocent by the police.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Shiv Charan, has argued that one person namely Bultan Rai @ Lambu, who had faced the full length trial, was acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 23.08.2017.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of accordingly.
