Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time does not press this petition. However, it is submitted that the petitioner shall surrender within one week from today. It is prayed that the petitioner's application for bail be decided on the same day.

Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the Court of competent jurisdiction within one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, his application for bail, if any, be decided in accordance with law within two days.
