**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 223 dated 22.11.2019 under Sections 22/29 of Narcotics and Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sadar Sangrur, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset states that in the present case, the FSL report has not been received yet and co-accused Hakam Singh has been granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 3.2.2020 till the receipt of FSL report. He further submits that the petitioner has not been declared proclaimed offender.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Dhruv Dayal, Sr. DAG, Punjab, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Copy of the paper book has been supplied to him.

As per the Division Bench of this Court in case of 'Inderjeet GURPREET SINGH 2020.03.02 17:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh Singh @ Laddi and others versus State of Punjab 2014(3) R.C.R.

CRM-M No. 8813 of 2020 -2- (Criminal) 953' in the case where the FSL report is awaited and is likely to be delayed, the accused can be released on interim bail. In view of the above, without commenting anything on the merits, lest it should prejudice the case of either side, the petitioner is granted interim bail, subject to furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned, till the receipt of FSL report. On receipt of FSL report, the petitioner would surrender before the learned trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
