**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgments and decrees dated 26.07.1988 and 27.07.1992 passed by the Courts below whereby, a suit for possession by way of partition filed at the instance of respondent-plaintiff has been decreed whereby, the preliminary decree for possession has been passed in favour of respondent-plaintiff while declaring him to be entitled for half share of property in question.

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that neither of their clients is in touch with them despite having made all sincere efforts. It appears that neither of the parties is interested in pursuing the present appeal, as such, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

The appellant-defendant shall however be at liberty to seek revival of the present appeal, in case any cause survives in his favour. 4.

A copy of this order be served upon both the parties through Registry of this Court.
