Counsel for the parties jointly submit that despite making best of the efforts, they failed to contact their respective clients to get required instructions to plead the case, on their behalf. 2.
Order dated 05.12.2016, recorded by the Daily Lok Adalat of this Court, says as under:- "Present:
None for the petitioner.
None for respondent No.2.
* * * * As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2 have been informed but none has come present. Notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the report, "shifted from this address". Notice issued to respondent No.2 has been received back with the report, "not residing on given address."
In view of the same, there is no possibility of JAWALA RAM 2024.05.17 12:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-5128-1997 - 2 - compromise in this case in Lok Adalat. Hence, we have no option but to send the matter back to the Hon'ble High Court for adjudication.

Thereafter, twice i.e. on 15.02.2024 and 19.04.2024, hearing of the case was deferred on request of the counsel for the parties. Same is the position today also.

Counsel for the parties expressed their inability to assist the Court in the absence of any instructions from their respective clients. 5.
In view of the circumstances and the position recorded hereinabove, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition for want of prosecution.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition, within a period of three months from today, in case, any substantive issue still exists along with a cause of action to the respective parties.
