**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present appeal challenge has been laid to judgment and decree dated 11.12.1992 passed by learned District Judge, Faridabad whereby judgment and decree dated 07.08.1991 passed by the trial Court was set aside and the suit of the plaintiff was decreed.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.
