The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 737 dated 28.12.2021 under Section 420 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kathal.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as stated herein, before the trial Court concerned at the stage of framing of charges.

In view of above, the prayers so made is allowed, with liberty aforesaid.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
