(Oral) Report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad based on the submissions made by the parties before the Court, has been received. In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and in view of the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about personal harmony being matrimonial dispute and will provide further opportunity to the parties to settle down in life and in view of which the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 400 dated 24.7.2013 registered at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad under sections 498A, 406, 323 & 506 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
