RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Jagroop Singh @ Roop Singh, Raju, Boota Singh and Ranno in case FIR No.05 dated 13.01.2017 under Section 324/34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added lateron) registered at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners No.1 and 4, namely, Jagroop Singh @ Roop Singh and Ranno, respectively, have joined the investigation and petitioner No.2 Raju has expired. They are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 28.04.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute qua petitioners No.1 and 4, namely, Jagroop Singh @ Roop Singh and Ranno, respectively,.

Disposed of accordingly.
