Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.3 dated 5.1.2013 under Sections 21/25/61/85 of NDPS Act and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act,PS SGN Dev Therman Plant,Distt.Bathinda. There was alleged recovery of 17 grams of heroin and a .12 bore country made pistol.

Petitioner was enlarged on bail and for his absence on 25.2.2016, his bail bonds have been cancelled and NBWs issued. After arguing for sometime,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to surrender and thereafter seek regular bail.
