(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-9), passed by learned Commissioner, Rupnagar Division, Rupnagar, order dated 09.12.2019 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Collector-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rupnagar and order dated 22.10.2024 (Annexure P-14) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after impleading all the co-sharers as a party to the writ petition.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
