******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners Parminder Kaur and Swaranjit Kaur in case FIR No.211 dated 08.09.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar. Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not press the petition on behalf of petitioner No.2-Swaranjit Kaur. Petition qua petitioner No.2-Swaranjit Kaur stands dismissed being not pressed.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Kulwant Singh, submits that petitioner Parminder Kaur has joined the investigation, which is still in progress but her custodial interrogation is not required for SACHIN MEHTA 2018.09.07 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is partly allowed and order dated 30.05.2018 qua petitioner No.1-Parminder Kaur is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioner No.1 shall make herself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioner No.1 shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against her so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that petitioner No.1 shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that petitioner No.1 will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
